The Role The Trustees are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Primary Education Development Lead who will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving trust‑wide improvement in primary education, including Early Years. Working closely with Headteachers, senior leaders and the Director of Educational Development, the postholder will: Lead and implement the Trust’s primary improvement strategy Drive consistently high‑quality teaching, curriculum design and inclusive practice across all primary schools Strengthen Ofsted readiness and support schools before, during and after inspection Build leadership and teaching capacity through coaching, professional development and collaborative working Model excellent practice through strategic school‑based deployment Contribute to wider trust priorities, including SEND and inclusion This is a senior system‑leadership role requiring credibility, resilience and the ability to influence, challenge and support leaders across multiple schools.
