Additional Support Administrator - 30.75 hours per week, 8.15am to 4.00pm two days a week and 8.15am to 3.00pm three days a week, term time only (38 weeks). Grade C - Step 1 Actual Annual Salary of ยฃ17,550.35, (Which is equivalent to a full time salary of ยฃ25,186). As part of our commitment to staff wellbeing RAISE Education Trust is trialling a two week half term break 19th to 30th October 2026. Following this trial, should the Trust revert back to a one week October half term break from 2027 the contractual working weeks would increase to 39 weeks and the salary would increase accordingly. Deer Park School is a new state of the art seven-form secondary school which opened in September 2021. At present there are just under 1,000 students on roll across Year 7, 8, 9, 10 & 11. We are part of the RAISE Education Trust which comprises Deer Park Secondary School, Wildern Secondary School and Boorley Park Primary School. We will have a PAN of 1050 when full. The successful candidate will provide efficient and professional administrative support to the SENCo and SEN Team. The role requires someone who has a detailed understanding of the SEND Code of Practice, the legal requirements of Education, Health, Care Plans, access arrangements and has previous experience of working in a SEN office. It is expected that you can demonstrate excellent IT skills, pay meticulous attention to detail, be able to prioritise and demonstrate good time management and a flexible working approach. Applicants should be able to communicate well verbally and must have GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths.
