We are looking for someone who:
Is a practising Catholic or who is
sympathetic to the mission and ethos of the Catholic Church Is able to work with the class
teacher, both within the classroom setting and also in smaller breakout spaces,
to support pupils with their individual learning needs and achievement. Has very good interpersonal skills,
high expectations and excellent classroom practice. Is proactive and committed to
differentiating and adapting learning to suit the needs of individual children. Is able to support children 1-1 who
may struggle to work fulltime within the wider classroom setting. Is experienced supporting children who
can become dysregulated or stressed. Is an excellent role model who can
nurture, lead, inspire and motivate children. Is able to oversee children in the
playground at breaktime/lunchtime, or during wet play and monitor the safety
and suitability of activities.
