Site Lead

Central Region Schools Trust is recruiting a Site Lead to work across Arrow Valley First School and St Stephen’s CofE First School . The Trust is looking for a proactive, motivated individual to join our Estates team and help maintain high standards across both school sites. The Site Lead will: Report to the Principal and manage a team of Estates staff Oversee maintenance, improvement, and cleanliness of buildings and grounds Ensure the sites are safe, secure, compliant, and ready for use Handle security, contractor liaison, and general maintenance tasks Work flexibly across Trust schools when needed and collaborate with other Site Leads The ideal candidate will: Be flexible, positive, and enthusiastic Be committed to working with children and supporting the school community Be reflective and open to continual improvement Enjoy working as part of a team Work split shifts between 07:00 and 18:00 Please make sure you are available for interview on Tuesday 2nd June.
