Director of Inclusion Abbey Multi Academy Trust Nature of Contract Permanent FTE Salary L20-24 Actual Salary Β£82,654 - Β£91,158 Working Hours Full time or part time (by agreement) Abbey Multi Academy Trust is a family of eight academies within the Anglican Diocese of Leeds, serving communities across Leeds and Calderdale. We are seeking an exceptional Director of Inclusion to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of inclusion across the Trust. This is a key senior leadership role, working closely with the CEO, Executive Team, Trustees and Headteachers to ensure inclusive practice is embedded consistently and effectively across all schools. The Director of Inclusion will champion equity, diversity and inclusion, ensuring that all pupils - particularly those with SEND, vulnerabilities or additional needs - thrive academically, socially and emotionally. The post holder will balance support and challenge, driving high expectations, statutory compliance and strong outcomes for all learners.
