SENDCO

We are seeking

to appoint an experienced and talented SENDCO to lead and co-ordinate the SEND

provision for all students across the College. You will be responsible

for supporting student needs to be met across the college. This includes

supporting adaptive teaching and ensuring that targeted and specific SEND

interventions are implemented effectively. You will monitor and evaluate the

impact of your SEND team and the SEND provision to support students. You will

also be responsible for implementing robust plans that continue to improve SEND

provision across the College and report its effectiveness to all

stakeholders.
