About the role

Head of Key Stage 3 / Key Stage 4 English MPS/UPS + TLR2a (ยฃ3,526 per annum) Start date: September 2026 We are seeking to appoint a Head of KS3/ KS4 English who is highly motivated, inspirational and strategic to join our English Department. You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with a real passion for your subject, conscientious and self-motivated. This role is suited for an experienced teacher who has excellent subject knowledge and is honest about their own developmental needs. The successful candidate will have proven teaching experience and a strong track record of leading pupils to achieve exceptional results.
