Ryecroft Academy is seeking to appoint an inspirational Level 2 Teaching Assistant, immediately or from September 2026. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy. The successful candidate will work under the instruction of teaching/senior staff to support access to learning for children and provide general support to the teacher in the management of children and the classroom. The ideal applicant will: Have good numeracy/literacy skills The ability to relate well to Nursery and Reception aged children and adults The ability to work constructively as part of a team Experience working with or caring for children of relevant age
