Waterfront UTC is seeking to appoint a highly effective Teacher of Construction, 3D Design & Engineering, to start from 27th August 2026. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved with the delivery and planning of our successful T-Level Construction programme, delivering engaging, industry-aligned teaching. You will support students by building technical expertise and career-ready skills within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. This is a full time, permanent role, paid on the STPC Unqualified/Main/Upper Pay Range, dependent on experience. The school is offering a recruitment incentive of £5,000 which is split into the following payments - £2,500 subject to the successful completion of a 6-month probationary period, and a further £2,500 to be paid upon one year service.
