The trust is at an exciting point of growth and development, as the HR team continues to evolve, there is a need for a dedicated HR Administrator to support core processes and day to day operations. About the Role We are recruiting a Trust HR Administrator, a newly created role within the central HR Team, supporting the Trust as it continues to grow and strengthen its people processes. The role has been established to deliver consistent, high‑quality HR administration across all Trust schools. Working closely with the central HR team, you will deliver core HR admin processes including recruitment and onboarding, employee records, HR systems and compliance. You will manage the day‑to‑day operation of the Trust’s HR Information System, ensuring data accuracy and effective reporting. You will also provide administrative and coordination support during employee relations processes, handling sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and attention to detail. About You This role would suit someone with experience in HR or school administration who is highly organised, detail‑focused and ready to take on a Trust‑wide role within a central HR function.
