Our children and staff are looking for a Headteacher who is inspirational and passionate, who is warm and considerate, but is also strong and willing to stand up for the best interests of both pupils and staff. We are looking for a Headteacher who will: Build on the solid foundations already in place, Be approachable and a good listener, with an ability to work collaboratively with others, Place the children front and centre of all that you do, valuing each child as an individual and continuing the school’s inclusive approach, Develop the excellent teaching and learning provision for our children, ensuring that each child achieves their true potential, Encourage, motivate and support the staff team, providing opportunities to share skills and develop, Inspire the whole school community by setting clear standards and fair expectations.
