Haywood Village Academy is seeking an Assistant Principal with teaching responsibilities to support the Principal Team in both operational and strategic capacities, contributing to whole-school improvement. We are looking for an energetic and dynamic individual to join our senior leadership team.
This role will form part of a newly established leadership team, supporting the Academy through a period of transition as our new Principal and Vice Principal have recently taken up their posts.
Haywood Village Academy is a primary school serving children from Pre‑school through to Year 6 and is proud to be part of the Cabot Learning Federation. The successful candidate will be an effective communicator, skilled in building positive relationships with staff, pupils and families, and committed to high‑quality teaching and learning, professional development and curriculum enactment. They will bring resilience, clarity and ambition, alongside a strong commitment to equality, collaboration and professional growth, ensuring Haywood Village Academy continues to provide an exceptional education for its community.
