Are you a qualified Teacher of the Deaf looking for a leadership role with flexibility? Or an experienced SEND teacher looking for your next specialist step? We are aspirational for our 12 deaf children and are looking for an experienced or flourishing leader to join our team as our new Lead Teacher of the Deaf. The role: A Balance of Teaching and Leadership We have designed this role to provide the time to lead effectively: Every Morning: Teaching a small group of deaf children alongside some of their hearing peers, fostering a truly inclusive environment of reverse inclusion. Three Afternoons: Dedicated time for the leadership of the LARP and your own PPA. Full-time option: For candidates seeking a 5 day contract, the remaining two afternoons will include some additional teaching or whole school leadership responsibilities. Flexibility: We are happy to discuss part-time or full-time options and how two teachers could split these responsibilities in a job share.
