This would be an amazing opportunity for an Early Career Teacher wanting to develop their skills in a supportive and nurturing environment, or a current teacher wanting to work in a different context. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Head Teacher and heads of college to develop the Quality of Education and Curriculum across EOTAS. The right candidate will: Have a successful track record of leadership and management at a senior level. Have a passion for teaching and learning, understanding of SEN and the needs of vulnerable young people with social, emotional and mental health Show commitment to a culture of continuous improvement that promotes excellence for staff and students alike.
