Are you passionate and driven with a commitment to supporting children with additional needs? We are looking to develop a team of specialist support across EOTAS to work with the SENCO, curriculum leads and other support staff to deliver quality assessment and intervention. You would be linked to a subject area in order to identify and develop an understand of each young person’s individual needs in order to engage them fully in their learning with the view to reintegrate back to a mainstream school or special school with an EHCP. The position will enable you to build positive relationships to motivate students, engage parents and raise student’s aspiration in order to provide them with best opportunities and outcomes.
