Teacher

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and committed Teacher for our new complex needs class. The successful applicant will embody our Trust values and demonstrate a strong commitment to inclusive education. They will have proven experience of working with young people with SEND and be able to evidence the delivery of highly bespoke curricula that meet the individual needs of learners with complex needs. A genuine passion for supporting young people with additional needs, alongside the ability to adapt teaching approaches to ensure progress, engagement and wellbeing, is essential. Our ideal candidate will have excellent teamwork and communication skills, boundless patience and resilience and the ability and enthusiasm to make a difference with pupils who have a range of social, emotional and mental health needs.
