We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Teacher (SEN) to join our fantastic team at Prospect House Primary Specialist School This is a permanent, full time role on Teaching terms offering MPS-UPS plus SEN allowance, to start on 1st September 2026. This role is ideal for a skilled practitioner with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) who: Has substantial experience working with pupils with severe, profound and/or complex learning difficulties Understands communication needs, sensory regulation and personalised curriculum design Is passionate about embedding an“I can do”culture Wants to influence practice beyond their own classroom Thrives in a collaborative, reflective and values-driven environment Demonstrates consistently strong classroom practice Can be reflective, resilient and solutions-focused Builds positive relationships with pupils, families and multi-agency professionals Contributes to whole-school improvement and collaborative working You must believe, as we do, that every child can achieve. You will play a key role in strengthening teaching capacity, modelling excellent practice and contributing to whole-school development.
