Phase Lead required for September 2026 Main Pay Scale or UPS TLR2D Β£3527 About this Role This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new and developing school which aims to be an outstanding provider to children in the local area. We are currently looking to recruit a Phase Lead, with opportunities available in KS1 or KS2. The key purpose of the role is to teach a class of children. This will include planning and delivering lessons, implementing the curriculum, promoting the wellbeing of pupils and ensuring high levels of achievement in children. What are we looking for? Someone who: Is an experienced, qualified teacher Has a strong academic background Has experience of liaising with parents Is an individual with experience of developing and implementing a whole school curriculum Has child-centred vision Is adaptable, with a βcan-doβ attitude Has excellent teamwork skills What can we offer?
