Flexible and resilient in managing and executing their daily responsibilities. Demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills. Good literacy and numeracy skills. Reliable and trustworthy. Flexible, adaptable and able to work calmly under pressure. Exemplary attendance record. Hours of work - Monday to Friday, 32-37 hours a week. Term Time plus two weeks (hours to be discussed at interview). Following successful completion of the probationary period there may be the opportunity for some hybrid working.
