Learning Mentor (Welfare Practitioner) Grade 3 scale point 9-22 Term Time Only 36.5 Hours The Prince Albert Community Trust (PACT) wish to appoint a Learning Mentor to join our extensive Pastoral team based at Heathfield Primary School. As a mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our pupils' welfare and academic progress. Key Responsibilities: Provide mentoring to pupils, focusing on their personal and academic development. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to create a supportive learning environment. Develop and implement strategies to help pupils overcome barriers to learning. Be responsible for supporting with whole school behaviour, attendance and safeguarding Monitor and report on pupils' progress, ensuring they receive the necessary support. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience in mentoring and supporting pupils. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. Passion for education and a commitment to making a difference.
