Assistant Headteacher Avenue Primary Academy - Autism Base Provision (Explorer Base Wallington Site) Leadership Scale: L7-L11 | Full-time | Permanent Avenue Primary Academy is looking for an inspirational Assistant Headteacher to lead our Autism provision, Explorer Base at the Wallington Satellite Site. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and inclusive leader to shape a thriving specialist provision, making a real difference to the lives of pupils with Autism. About the Role You will provide strategic and day-to-day leadership of Explorer Base, championing autism‑informed practice, a highly personalised curriculum and positive outcomes for pupils. Working closely with the Head of School and senior leaders, you will lead a dedicated team, build strong relationships with families and professionals, and contribute to whole‑school improvement.
