It would be highly beneficial if you are able to speak Urdu, Mirpuri, or Punjabi, as our school serves a diverse, multilingual community. This skill will help us strengthen communication and engagement with families and ensure inclusivity across our school community. About the Role As School Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth running of the school office and providing exceptional administration and support to the Senior Leadership Team and wider school community. Key Responsibilities: Uphold the school/Trust’s vision, ethos, and policies. Demonstrate professionalism and integrity at all times. Provide a welcoming reception service and handle switchboard duties. Support and contribute to a positive team culture by encouraging colleagues and embracing our shared vision: 'to be the best part of your day.' Support administrative tasks, including mail, parcels, and record-keeping. Work collaboratively as part of the school team. Liaise effectively with external agencies and internal support services. Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Maintain safeguarding, data protection, and security protocols. Interact positively with pupils, parents, staff, and visitors, responding to queries from parents, pupils, and visitors. Demonstrate strong ICT and organisational skills.
