Head of Music Full Time or Part Time Considered Required for September 2026 Pay Scale MPR1 to UPR3; Salary £32,916 to £51,048 (FTE) TLR2b £5,872 Springfield is an inclusive and high performing 11-16 school, in which ‘leaders strive to ensure that every pupil feels valued’. The ideal candidate will bring excellent ICT and organisational skills, alongside ambition, strong qualifications, and high motivation. Ideally, you will be an experienced educator, able to deliver and develop a high quality Music curriculum to students of all abilities.
