Ideally, we would like to appoint someone who has: An awareness of Rosenshine’s principles of instruction An understanding of key substantive and disciplinary concepts in Biology An awareness of some of the concepts explored in Tom Sherrington’s‘Walkthru’ series or Doug Lemov’s ‘Teach Like a Champion’ series.
