KS1 or KS2 Teacher

We are

looking for an enthusiastic, outstanding teacher to join Sacred Heart School.

The successful candidate will motivate, challenge, support and inspire our

students and also have relevant experience in teaching phonics.

The successful applicant will:

Be a passionate and effective classroom practitioner;

Have the ability to engage, enthuse, and motivate children and

their families;

Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the national curriculum and

assessment strategies

Create a stimulating and engaging learning environment that fosters

curiosity and creativity

Be skilled in planning and delivering lessons that meets the

diverse needs of all children, ensuring that learning is both enjoyable

and challenging;

Be able to provide personalised learning for children with

additional needs

Be an inclusive practitioner

Have experience of teaching phonics successfully (preferably Little

Wandle)

Be a reflective practitioner who is committed to continuous

professional development and improvement;

Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external

professionals to support children's learning and development.

Be a collaborative,

committed team player with a sense

of humour, creativity,

and energy.

Have the ability to

build strong relationships with parents and across the Federation.

Contribute to the wider life of the school, including

extracurricular activities and school events.
