About the role

We can offer you the opportunity to deliver a dynamic curriculum within our ambitious Science department that achieves exceptional outcomes from all year groups. Whatever your career stage, you will be supported to develop well-structured learning programmes and to enhance your teaching tool kit, so that our students are able to excel in becoming better scientists. As a standalone academy, we believe in our teachers being able to do the role they are employed to do, which is to deliver engaging lessons to our students. We therefore have an easy and structured behaviour system for our students and you to follow in lessons. After this, we have dedicated teams who intervene and leave you to continue with the job you love doing! Our Head of Science would be delighted to take you on a tour of the school and give you the opportunity to meet the department and answer any questions you may have.
