About the role

Lime Trust is a Multi Academy Trust formed of 9 schools over 11 locations across Peterborough, the London Boroughs of Havering and Waltham Forest and Luton. We have grown to include four primary schools, four all-through special schools and one secondary special school, with 2588 pupils and over 750 employees. In our academies we strive to ensure that: - Leadership and management of SEND experience - Experience of leading change and improvement across a school and excellent leadership, organisational and interpersonal skills - Excellent classroom practice and behaviour management strategies to effectively meet individual learners needs - Ability to provide pupils with the excitement of a relevant, challenging and creative curriculum that raises standards of education for all - A clear understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and experience of working with children with a range of complex needs - High expectations of themselves and others - Tenacity, passion, drive and ambition The postholder will be part of the Senior Leadership Team.
