About the Role As a Teaching Assistant / Inclusion Support Assistant Apprentice, you will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide both academic and pastoral support. You will help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment, supporting students in their daily routines and encouraging full participation in school life. You will assist in delivering structured learning activities, support the implementation of Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs) and behaviour strategies, and contribute to tracking student progress. The role also includes preparing learning resources, supporting classroom organisation, and assisting with extracurricular activities and school trips. What Youβll Gain This apprenticeship offers valuable, hands-on experience in a school environment while you work towards a recognised Teaching Assistant qualification. You will receive ongoing support and mentoring from experienced staff and develop key skills in communication, teamwork, and student support.
