The Role You will be responsible for creating a stimulating, Quality First environment where every child feels safe to explore and grow. We are looking for someone who: Holds QTS and has a genuine passion for early years. Can manage a classroom with praise, rewards and a positive ethos. Is a team player who is happy to lead a curriculum subject and share expertise. Is committed to safeguarding and the welfare of every child.
