Qualifications and experience: A graduate with qualified teacher status. A strong teacher of Science- this post is also suitable for ECTs. Relevant qualifications (both formal and through appropriate experience) to meet the challenge of the appointment. Excellent in-depth knowledge of the place of the Science curriculum in the development of young people and of the place of within the wider curriculum. An understanding of the importance of a rigorous reading strategy to ensure studentsβ confidence and reading fluency. We are seeking an enthusiastic teacher of Science who is committed to a practical approach to the teaching of Science across the Key Stages.
