in the job profile o
o Proven
success of planning and teaching a specialist subject o

Excellent curriculum knowledge, and a willingness to engage in curriculum
innovation o

Commitment to the use of Information and Communications Technology for teaching
and administration purposes o

Willingness to take on additional responsibilities o
o
Commitment to development of an outstanding department in the school; setting
and maintaining high standards for staff and pupils; education principles which
are inclusive of all pupils o
