Cleaner

We would like to recruit a dedicated, hardworking and reliable cleaner to join our site team. Our site team works together to ensure that our school premises are kept clean and tidy, providing a safe environment for our children and staff. Your main duties will include: Daily classroom and shared area cleaning Maintaining washroom cleanliness Mopping hard floors and vacuuming carpeted areas Emptying bins, recycling and also replenishing consumables Clean any spillages (including any body fluid) using correct cleaning materials and with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Deep cleaning during school holidays or when required General porterage duties required for cleaning eg moving chairs and tables plus organising storage of cleaning materials. Ideally you will have previous experience of cleaning in either a domestic or commercial setting although full training will be given. You must be able to manage your time effectively to complete tasks to a high standard. You will be able to work with minimum supervision and will take pride in your work.
