LEARNING
FOR LIFE
Due to the retirement of our long-standing
Headteacher, we are looking for an inspirational and committed leader to take
us into our new chapter. This
is an exciting opportunity to build on an already strong school story, nurture
our distinctive Christian ethos, and lead a thriving and inclusive learning
community.
We are an inclusive school with a Christian
ethos. We celebrate individuality and place the child at the heart of
everything we do. We are proud to be an Enhanced
Resource School, specialising in meeting the needs of children on the autistic
spectrum, as well as children with learning and physical disabilities. We aim to provide the very best education
we can for ALL our learners.
We enjoy a calm environment and ensure
purposeful learning takes place, children are challenged and supported within
the school setting. We offer a variety of enrichment activities to support our
cross curricular learning.
Chapel-en-le-Frith is a well-established
market town in the heart of the Peak District, combining a high-quality natural
environment with excellent transport links to Manchester, Sheffield and the
wider region. It is a growing town with new housing developments.
The town has a strong, forward-looking community that places
high value on education, aspiration and childrenβs achievement. It offers an
excellent context for an ambitious Headteacher to lead a school with
confidence, build on strong partnerships, and make a lasting impact for pupils
and families.
We are looking for an enthusiastic
leader who:
Can
build excellent relationships with children, staff, parents, Governors, and the
wider community. Is
committed to excellence in teaching and learning and will drive progress
forward. Will
help children enjoy their learning while realising their full potential by
developing the curriculum. Will
value our children and take pride in their achievements.
