We are looking for: An excellent teacher who has received ‘good’ or better grades in recent observations An outstanding, passionate teacher who has high expectations for children’s learning, and can foster collaborative working and living our values every day A person who builds excellent relationships with children and parents; demonstrating our values when interacting with them Is up to date with current research around Quality First Teaching Ensures all children feel safe, happy and able to learn to the best of their ability and reach their potential, Has the ability to develop effective relationships with pupils, parents and external agencies in order to support pupils’ smooth transition into school Able to create a stimulating and inviting learning environment adapted to suit the needs of the pupils, Supportive of the ethos of a Church and Trust school.
