Assistant Headteacher Maths

innovation? Brinsworth Academy is seeking a hardworking Assistant Headteacher of

Maths to lead transformational improvement across the faculty to ensure that

our young people make exceptional progress.

In this high-impact role, you

will be accountable for subject outcomes, working as part of the senior

leadership team to shape and deliver high-quality teaching and strategic

intervention across a multitude of subject areas. You’ll provide support to

middle leadership, model outstanding practice, and support Trust-wide

initiatives across three schools that raise standards and inspire success. A

key focus of the role will be designing a curriculum based upon a strong

foundation of assessment and robust intervention that meet the needs of all

learners-ensuring equity, ambition, and exceptional progress for every student.
