An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our teaching team, as a 2 day a week job share teacher at Powick C of E Primary School. Powick Cof E Primary School is a happy and loving one form entry village primary school, where teamwork is strong, and behaviour is good. The successful candidate should: Be committed to raising standards. Have excellent classroom management and behaviour for learning skills. Have the capacity to inspire and motivate children. Be a reflective practitioner dedicated to their own professional development. Have experience of teaching within the primary age range Have a clear understanding of the curriculum and assessment for learning. Have high expectations for our children’s progress and overall achievement. Take an imaginative and creative approach to curriculum planning that captures the children’s interest. Demonstrate adaptive teaching approaches to support vulnerable pupils Be forward thinking, innovative and highly energetic. Have a passion for quality teaching and learning, enabling the best outcomes for our children. Have the ability to build effective working relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues. Have knowledge of guidance and requirements around safeguarding children. Have strong ICT skills, particularly using ICT to support learning. We are seeking to appoint an effective and enthusiastic teacher who will be able to complement our dedicated and hardworking staff team.
