Job Title: Assistant Headteacher Location: Elmsleigh Infant & Nursery School Grade/Scale: Leadership Pay Scale (Points L4 - L8) - Actual Salary ยฃ55,746 - ยฃ61,534 per annum Contract: 32.5 hours per week We are looking to appoint an outstanding leader who is passionate about improving outcomes for pupils in an infant school setting. We are seeking an inspirational Assistant Headteacher who will play a key role in shaping the quality of education across the school. The successful candidate will: Play a key role in the strategic leadership of the school, with specific responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of Quality of Education across the school, and leading the development, delivery and impact of phonics Contribute to the overall leadership and management of the school to secure outstanding outcomes for all pupils Have a part time teaching commitment, giving you the opportunity to lead strategically while remaining closely connected to classroom practice.
