About the Role: Class Teacher: We are seeking a Class Teacher who demonstrates strong, consistently effective classroom practice and a clear commitment to high‑quality teaching and learning. This role is ideally suited to a teacher with a proven track record of delivering strong outcomes in Key Stage 2, underpinned by high expectations and effective pedagogy. You will have the ability to establish a calm, purposeful and inclusive learning environment, supported by a thoughtful and proactive approach to classroom management. You will be confident in using a range of positive strategies to promote excellent behaviour for learning and to ensure pupils are engaged, motivated and challenged. A strong understanding of inclusive teaching is essential. You will be adept at identifying and responding to the diverse needs within your class, including pupils with SEND, and skilled in adapting teaching to ensure every child can access and succeed in learning. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and families to ensure all pupils are fully included, well supported and able to achieve their potential throughout their learning journey. Phase Leader: (TLR 2a) We are seeking a highly skilled and effective Phase Leader who is ready to take on a middle leadership role and make a meaningful impact across the phase. The successful candidate will be an experienced practitioner with strong pedagogical expertise and the ability to model consistently high standards of teaching and learning. You will be able to motivate, support and challenge a team of teachers, fostering a culture of collaboration,
