The successful candidate will: Be responsible for the learning, progress and achievement of all pupils in their class, ensuring equality of opportunity for all. Demonstrate high expectations of both achievement and behaviour, supporting pupils to achieve their very best. Build positive relationships with pupils, rooted in mutual respect, whilst maintaining appropriate professional boundaries at all times. Work proactively and collaboratively with pupils, parents/carers, colleagues, governors and external agencies in the best interests of every child. Fulfil professional duties and responsibilities in line with the Teachers’ Standards and the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document .
