ICT Technician Apprentice

We are looking for a dynamic individual, with an enthusiasm for IT systems to join our ICT support team as an Apprentice. This Apprenticeship involves learning and putting into practice the broad range of ICT technical support skills, including customer care. Primarily this will be a first line support position, facilitating the day‑to‑day operation of the school’s ICT systems under the guidance of senior ICT staff. Duties typically include providing first‑line technical support to staff and students, setting up and maintaining computers and classroom technology, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with user accounts and devices. What we expect from you? Full participation in the training provided. Attend college and complete work/assignments on time. Be motivated, pro-active and use initiative. Be punctual. Successful completion of the apprenticeship achieved through completion of relevant qualifications and reaching the required standard of performance. Treat people with respect and fairness.
