The Role You will deliver high‑quality, engaging A‑level Psychology lessons, nurturing students’ curiosity and analytical thinking while supporting them to excel academically. You will play a key role in maintaining and developing a strong Psychology curriculum, using creative approaches that make learning relevant, rigorous and exciting. We are looking for someone who: Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Has proven experience of teaching A‑level Psychology, with a strong understanding of exam specifications Is able to deliver dynamic, thought‑provoking lessons that engage and challenge students Has excellent subject knowledge and a genuine enthusiasm for Psychology Believes in every student’s potential and is committed to inclusive, high‑quality teaching Has passion about pupil development and supporting them to achieve their best Embraces professional development and contributes positively to department and whole‑school life Working at Herts & Essex will mean joining a team of highly committed, well qualified teachers and support staff who work hard to provide the best possible education for our students.
