About the role

Carry out teaching responsibilities in line with the professional duties of a teacher, modelling consistently high-quality classroom practice. Design and develop high-quality teaching resources and exemplification materials to support early career practice Ensure all statutory requirements of induction for early career teachers are fulfilled Plan and deliver a structured programme of professional development aligned to the Early Career Framework (ECF) and Initial Teacher Training (ITT) requirements Demonstrate exemplary teaching and professional practice to support the development of Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and trainee teacher Contribute to whole-school improvement, enrichment and leadership initiatives Play an active role in the wider life of the school community What We Are Looking For: We are looking for a passionate and resilient leader who can motivate others and secure strong outcomes for all learners.
