Excellent analytical and
evaluative skills, with the ability to translate evidence into action
The confidence and emotional
intelligence to support and challenge constructively
A clear commitment to
equity, inclusion and improved outcomes for all learners
Experience
working within a multi‑academy trust, local authority or inspection context is
highly desirable.
