We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive primary school on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education and committed to helping children achieve their full potential.
Working closely with class teachers, you will support pupils across the primary age range, assisting with learning activities, providing targeted support, and helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning
Assist in the preparation of classroom resources and activities
Provide additional support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN) where required
Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teachers
