It is essential that you can meet the challenge of working with young people with behavioural, social, emotional and mental health needs, many of whom have barriers to learning. A key function of your work is to liaise with parents/carers. The successful candidate may be required to work across all current and future sites within the Links Academy Trust. A good working knowledge of ICT is essential. We require numeracy and literacy skills to NVQ level 2 or GCSE grades: A-C/9-4 You will also work with a full range of agencies and home schools.
