dedicated Teaching Assistant with expertise in SEN and additional needs to join

inclusion. About the Role As a Teaching
Assistant supporting pupils with SEN and additional needs, you will be a vital
part of our team, helping children overcome barriers to learning and thrive
both academically and personally. Your role will include: Supporting pupils with
communication difficulties and other additional needs Helping to deliver
personalised learning activities tailored to individual needs Working closely with teachers
and the SEN team to create a positive, inclusive learning environment Encouraging resilience,
independence, and confidence in our pupils Contributing to the school’s
high standards of behaviour and achievement This role offers a
meaningful chance to directly impact children’s lives and be part of a caring,
forward-thinking school community. About You We are looking for
someone who: Has a genuine passion for
working with young children and supporting their learning journeys Is patient, caring, and
enthusiastic, with a positive and proactive attitude Holds a Level 3
qualification (NVQ or equivalent) in supporting teaching and learning Has experience working with
children with additional needs, including communication challenges Understands the primary
curriculum and can adapt support to meet diverse pupil needs Works well as part of a team
and values collaboration Has excellent organisational
and interpersonal skills Holds high expectations for
pupil achievement and behaviour
