Since opening,
Little London Bridge has continued to grow and develop. As of September 2026,
Little London Bridge will cater for 40 primary-aged pupils with EHCPs and
Autism and/or Complex Communication Needs. The provision benefits from multiple
teaching spaces, a purpose-built outdoor area, a sensory room and a sensory
integration room, all designed to meet the needs of our pupils.
The entire Little London Academy community
remains incredibly proud of Little London Bridge and the positive impact it is
already having. The provision is helping to meet the growing need for
specialist places, supporting children and families within the local community
and beyond.
If you have the skills to teach pupils with complex needs to the
highest quality and to embed a learning culture that enables children to become
enthusiastic and independent learners, then this is the role for you!
You will be an outstanding practitioner who:
innovative, creative and passionate about the development of
outstanding provision for learners with additional needs is dedicated to raising standards and is able to demonstrate
highly effective teaching skills can demonstrate the ability to plan an exciting, inspiring
curriculum recognises parents as vital partners in learning and is committed
to building strong relationships.
The successful
candidate will also have the following experience and attributes:
Qualified
Teacher Status. A
proven track record of achieving academic excellence. Evidence
of implementing innovative approaches to learning, particularly in regard to
children with ASD. Experience
of meeting the needs of children and young people who may benefit from
specialist provision within a mainstream setting. Resilience,
energy and optimism.
