Year 3/4 Team Leader

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Key Stage 2 Team Leader to lead a team of 4 classes in our busy and thriving school. This role is perfect for aspiring Deputy Heads/Headteachers, equipping them with the skills and understanding of school leadership. We require our Team Leaders: to be exemplary in the classroom able to organise and monitor the learning of up to 120 pupils with the support of an established SLT have the ability to review quality of teaching, learning and assessment are able to deploy support staff will be a member of the SLT contributing to the strategic leadership of the school are able to communicate well with a wide range of audiences have proven KS2 experience is able to develop our positive team spirit in an ever-changing landscape
