Eastern Education Group Trust · Bury St. Edmunds
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to share their Groundworks knowledge and skills with the next generation of industry professionals. This rewarding role involves managing a caseload of Apprenticeship learners, supporting the development of their skills, knowledge, and behaviours in collaboration with their employers. You will play a key role in guiding learners through their apprenticeship journey, providing coaching, mentoring, and regular progress reviews to ensure they achieve their full potential.
Groundworks experience is essential for this position, along with a relevant qualification in the field and previous hands-on experience within the industry. Previous experience in an assessing role is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication skills and good IT skills, as you will be required to maintain accurate records, use digital systems, and build effective working relationships with learners, employers, and colleagues.
The role requires flexibility and a willingness to travel to various workplaces across the East of England, supporting learners in their place of work. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about developing others, committed to high standards, and eager to make a positive impact within the construction and groundwork sector.
