St Helen's Catholic Primary School · Barnsley, Yorkshire and the Humber
Are you a motivated,
enthusiastic and inspirational Early Years teacher looking for a new challenge? Based at St Helen’s Catholic Primary
School, this is a perfect opportunity for a teacher who exudes passion and
enthusiasm for Early Years education, to work as part of our Federation Early
Years Team. In September 2025, St Helen’s launched Nursery provision. The
school has a mixed Nursery and Reception unit, and this year, we are looking to
renovate and remodel our existing space to make this unit even more effective. The
TLR 3 is project based, for one year, to develop our new EYFS space and outdoor
area. We would relish the opportunity to discuss these exciting changes with
you in more detail.
Our school members and staff team have a strong sense
of community, moral purpose and strive to foster good relationships with
parents. Our school community works together as a team and is also committed to
working collaboratively in partnership as a Federation and across our wider
community. The Federation schools are small schools with a PAN of 20. Our
schools are on a journey of improvement, and we are looking for an Early Years class
teacher to support us in achieving the consistent and high-quality education we
are striving for. We have an experienced and supportive team, including an EYFS
lead for the Federation.
We are seeking to
appoint a teacher who:
